Why I haven't been knitting
Because I have spent the week playing with this.
I am not the only one to have been having fun with the babe
I'm not the world's biggest baby fan, but my goddaughter is fantastic. And the fact that she lives in Switzerland, her mummy is a wonderful friend and her daddy has a swimming pool and a well stocked bar just makes things better. And also makes things like knitting a little less of a priority.

Gorgeous kids! The bar etc sound too good!
Your knitting will still be there in a month. That baby won't, it will have been replaced by an altogether bigger version that may have less delightful dimples. She has a lovely smile.

Ok, you are forgiven! Cute baby to hug or knitting, tough choice, but I would probably have gone with the baby hugs too. You could always knit during nap time...
Not a big baby fan either but this one is very cute. The pool and the bar sound more my thing though! :-)
